Indian shrimp curry

This tasty and delicious curry will certainly please all curry lovers.   Active time : 10 minutes Total time : 30 minutes   Ingredients: 40 g olive oil 100 g onions 1 green chili 10 g coriander (leaves only), reserve a little more for decoration 20 g ginger cut in slices 3 garlic cloves 2 teaspoons ground cumin 2 teaspoon ground coriander seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon salt 70 g tomato paste 400 g coconut milk 800 g fresh peeled shrimps   Preparation 1- Place oil, onion, chili, coriander leaves, ginger and garlic cloves into the mixing bowl and chop 10 sec/ speed 5 . Scrape  down sides and cover of mixing bowl with spatula and steam 6 min/120°C/speed 2 without  measuring cup. 2-Add cumin, coriander seeds, turmeric and salt and cook without measuring cup 5 min/100°C/speed 2. 3-Add tomato paste and coconut milk and cook 5 min/100°C/ speed 2 with measuring cup. 5- Add shrimps and cook min/ 90°C/reverse/ lowest speedGarnish with coriander and serve immediately .   Tips: Serve with basmati or plain rice.
