Indian shrimp curry

This tasty and delicious curry will certainly please all curry lovers. Active time : 10 minutesTotal time : 30 minutes Ingredients:40 g olive oil100 g onions1 green chili10 g coriander (leaves only), reserve a little more for decoration20 g ginger cut in slices3 garlic cloves2 teaspoons ground cumin2 teaspoon ground coriander seeds1/2 teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon salt70 g tomato paste400 g coconut milk800 g fresh peeled shrimps Preparation1- Place oil, onion, chili, coriander leaves, ginger and garlic cloves into the mixing bowl and chop 10 sec/ speed 5 . Scrape down sides and cover of mixing bowl with spatula and steam 6 min/120°C/speed 2 without measuring cup.2-Add cumin, coriander seeds, turmeric and salt and cook without measuring cup 5 min/100°C/speed 2.3-Add tomato paste and coconut milk and cook 5 min/100°C/ speed 2 with measuring cup.5- Add shrimps and cook 2 min/ 90°C/reverse/ lowest speed. Garnish with coriander and serve immediately . Tips:Serve with basmati or plain rice.
